Acid Nylonfix GD-GSL
1. Properties
1. Appearance : brown liquid
2. Chemical composition : Condensation compound of high-grade aromatic sulfonic acid.
3. Ionic character : Anion
4. Solubility : Dilute with warm water
5. pH : 3.0 + 0.5 (0.2% solution)
2.Scope of application
1. Enhance the fastness of acid dyes in nylon fiber ad fabric
2. Enhance the fastness of acid dyes in blended nylon and Lycra fiber and fabric
3. Improve the fastness of cationic dyes in modified nylon fiber and fabric
3.Characters
1. This product is liquid, no need to dissolve, can easily be used in production.
2. Little changes of the color after fixing
3. No foam when using
4. No harmful effects to light fastness after using, and can improve water fastness, washing fastness, perspiration fastness and so on.
4. Applied method
1. Exhaust method
Deep color: volume of the fixing agent	4 - 5% (o.w.f)
Middle color: volume of the fixing agent	2 - 3% (o.w.f)
Light color: volume of the fixing agent	1 - 2% (o.w.f)
pH: 3 - 4
Temperature: 70 - 80°C
Time: 20 - 30 minutes
2. Please refer to the following formula when using cationic dyes to dye anionic modified nylon.
Volume: 2.5 - 5% (o.w.f)
pH: 5 - 6 adjusted by acetic acid
Temperature : 50 - 60°C
Time : 20 - 30 minutes
