Job description:
1. Actively participate in business training and continuously improve your professional skills.
2. Responsible for the operation of new media platforms (including WeChat Official Accounts, Mini Programs, Douyin, WeChat Channels, Xiaohongshu, online malls, and more), including daily content editing, posting, maintenance, and engagement activities, to enhance attention and influence.
3. Live streaming (hotel environment, product sales, kitchen preparation, etc.);
4. Provide services to guests according to established standards and procedures, closely monitor their various needs, and strive to ensure guest satisfaction.
5. Proactively ask guests for their feedback on the dishes and service, accept guest complaints, and promptly report them to the Front Office Manager.
6. Provide guests with high-quality catering services and tea-related services.

Job requirements:
1. Based on the front desk manager training plan, organize and implement service skills training for employees to enhance their professional competence.
2. Based on the business situation, assign tasks to servers to ensure high-quality service and carry out thorough pre-meal, in-meal, and post-meal inspections.
3. Supervise the waitstaff to ensure that safety and cleanliness in the service area are maintained to meet the prescribed standards.
4. Properly handle any issues that arise in the business area and promptly report them to the department manager.
